• Use Shopping.com surveys to solicit feedback directly from consumers.
• Provide accurate price, shipping, and availability information.
• Provide basic store information including store address.
• Must note when products are used or refurbished.
• Must be listed on Shopping.com for at least six months.
• Honor prices listed on their site without excuses.
• Resolve customer service complaints quickly and fairly.
