Reality Racing is a development-stage reality TV series that was in need of an identity that set themselves on the same level as the most popular reality shows of today.

RR was in need of their initial corporate identity as well as business planning services geared towards becoming a public company.

- Design and development of a professional logo;
- Registered five domain names, set-up website hosting account, design and launch their initial website;
- Design business cards, letterhead and envelopes;
- Performed market research and developed a five-year proforma;
- Create a 506 open Private Placement Memorandum with Subscription Agreement;
- Wrote a “One-Pager” business summary; and
- Assisted investment bankers that secured stock symbol (RRCG), established market maker participation and build a public market for the company’s stock.
