Director, Legislative Affairs
Thea Chrupcala is the Legislative Director at Insight Consulting Services where she assists the ICS team in working through the legislative process on behalf of its clients. Thea literally grew up in New Jersey politics as niece to the beloved late state senator Tom Foy and while in office, Thea worked in the Senator's district and campaign offices. At ICS, she specializes in legislation and strategic partnerships. Thea holds a psychology degree from Rutgers University.
