Paul Davis
Chief Operating Officer
Paul Davis, MedcomSoft’s Chief Operating Officer, joined the Management Team in February 2005. Mr. Davis is also a director of the Corporation. Prior to joining MedcomSoft, he held senior executive positions in both public and private companies and in investment banking. Mr. Davis began his career at the predecessor firm to Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg where as a partner he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Mr. Davis was also Executive Vice President and Director, Investment Banking of Octagon Capital Canada Corporation and Senior Vice President, Administration and Human Resources, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Slater Steel Inc. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and studied economics as an undergraduate at Carleton University.
