Nick Clemenzi
VP Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Nick Clemenzi, MedcomSoft’s Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, is a financial professional with over 15 years of experience in management positions. Prior to joining MedcomSoft in November 2000, Mr. Clemenzi held various controllership positions at Toromont Industries Ltd., a TSE listed company, and formerly held the position of Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, Chartered Accountants. During his career, Mr. Clemenzi has developed management information systems, ISO 9001 quality assurance programs and cost reduction initiatives, has negotiated long-term contracts and business acquisitions, and has managed all aspects of financial and management reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. He has also provided audit and business advisory services to large public and private multinational and North American companies. Nick Clemenzi is a Chartered Accountant with a Business Degree from York University in Toronto, Canada.
