Matthew Hoffman
Managing Director
Mr. Matthew Hoffman is a Managing Director of Integrale Investments. He is responsible for capital formation, financial structuring, and investment direction for the firm. Mr. Hoffman provides direct investment guidance including the evaluation of new investments and serves on the investment committee.
Mr. Hoffman has over 15 years of experience in real estate development including business development, strategic planning, and land acquisition. Mr. Hoffman operated a hospitality company where he served as Vice President of Development and Land Acquisition with an emphasis on strategic development in addition to development and implementation of key operational systems.
Mr. Hoffman currently sits on the Board of Directors for Aston Care Systems- one of the nation’s leading senior living communities, where he previously served as Vice President of Development. In addition, Mr. Hoffman serves as Chairman of the Board for Ruth Eckerd Hall- Performing Arts Center and Theatre.
Mr. Hoffman received a Master’s Degree in Business and Hotel/Restaurant Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College.
