Joe Austin

Mr. Austin has over 22 years’ experience in the computer industry with a wide array of roles including technical, marketing, sales and management positions. Prior to joining Tilana, Mr. Austin was CEO and President of Miva Corporation, a leading provider of e-commerce solutions focused on small to medium-sized businesses. In January of 2004, Mr. Austin completed the sale of Miva Corp to FindWhat, Inc. a leading pay-per-click provider. Based on the strong positive brand recognition developed by Mr. Austin for Miva, FindWhat subsequently re-named themselves, together with their new group of acquisitions, as "MIVA, Inc." The original Miva Corp was then renamed to "MIVA Small Business." Prior to Miva, Mr. Austin was Director of European Operations for Imspace, a provider of digital content organization products.
