Gene Young
President
Gene Young holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati and was a former instructor in advertising at UC and lecturer at Xavier University. Young began his career in market research and assisting brand management with the Andrew Jergens Company before going into the advertising agency business. He has been involved in communications planning and development for numerous accounts, and served as vice president of account services and member of the executive committee for a top Cincinnati advertising agency. In 1994, Young formed Strategic Marketing & Management, then forged a partnership with Dale Justice in 1997 to create Justice & Young.
