Patrick Boyce
CFA – Chief Administrative Officer
Mr. Boyce is the Chief Administrative Officer at Highland Capital Management, L.P.. Before his current position, he served as the Distressed Portfolio Manager, joining Highland Capital in March, 2004.
Before joining the Highland team Mr. Boyce served as a Vice President for Citigroup Global Markets in its Global Investment Banking group. He worked in this role from 2000 to 2004, and additionally was a founding member of its Dallas office.
Previous to Citigroup, Patrick Boyce was an Investment Banking Associate for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the Los Angeles and Dallas offices. He worked there from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Patrick Boyce mainly focused his efforts on leveraged finance, equity transactions, as well as M&A for financial sponsor clients during his time as as an investment banker.
Having earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, in addition to his BBA in Finance from Baylor University (he was a Teagle Scholar) as well as a member of the men’s NCAA golfing team.
Patrick Boyce may use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, passing the Uniform CPA Examination in May 1998.
Patrick Boyce is not a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
