Robert brings over 25 years of experience in executive level leadership, new business development, operations management, entrepreneurial ventures and non-profit work.

With 25 years as an executive and manager in the Building and Construction industry, he developed long-term professional relationships with companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Georgia Pacific, Rockwell International, Carpenter Technology, High Industries and many others. He is recognized for leadership and project management excellence having served large building and construction organizations such as Realen Homes.

Robert is an enthusiastic life long learner and holds an MBA from LaSalle University. He is also a graduate of and certified by the Newfield School of Ontological Coaching in Boulder, Colorado. In addition, he is an adjunct professor of management at Albright College. Robert has taught in the Junior Achievement program, and served on numerous boards including the Chamber of Commerce, American Ministries to the Deaf, and the Building Industries Exchange.

Throughout Robert’s career, he has applied his passion for executive coaching, teaching, learning and mentoring in guiding individuals and organizations to the realization of their growth potential. Robert is a keen listener and observer and finds tremendous satisfaction in utilizing his competencies to empower others to achieve their intention.
