Jill Chernekoff is Vice President of Client Relations with Innovational Services.
In this position, she serves as a global connector, building strategic alliances and developing business relationships with influencers and organizations that seek to create better internal alignment, develop new business, and reap the lasting benefits of authentic communication within the executive suite and in public.

Jill brings outstanding communication expertise to our organization, cultivated over 20 years as an Emmy award-winning broadcaster, accomplished television news anchor, and sought after expert speaker. She is highly regarded, and her expertise is sought after by our clients because of her years of hands-on experience honing her craft. Her sense of humor, keen intuition and ability to connect with people make her perfectly suited for this position; committed to opening new dialogue and generating unlimited possibility for our clients.

In purposeful one on one and group sessions, Jill works with our clients in a deep and meaningful way, creating insight and awareness about communication acumen; building confidence, and helping them unearth their true potential by overcoming obstacles and self-limiting beliefs or habits. Her passion is to inspire clients to achieve their personal best, to communicate authentically and build relatedness to achieve extraordinary results.

Jill holds a B.S. in Speech Communication Education from the University of Delaware. She began her career in Philadelphia as a radio newscaster and television talk show host and producer. She moved on to become a television reporter; then an anchor, a position from which she quickly catapulted to international prominence as a CNN Headline News Anchor. She later returned to her hometown of Philadelphia to serve as a prime-time lead anchor on Fox News for well over a decade. During her 22 year tenure in radio and TV, Jill received numerous awards for excellence in her field, including an Emmy award for Outstanding Individual Achievement.

Jill is also the founder of Chernekoff Communications, an executive communication, presentation development, and media coaching firm. She is recognized as an excellent speaker by both local and national organizations and charities, who frequently feature her as their keynote speaker and conference program facilitator. Jill is also sought after as an instructor for accredited educational courses, including the CLE for the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She has served as an adjunct professor of public speaking and media performance at Rosemont College and has taught media preparation for the Wharton MBA communication program.

Jill is a strong advocate for women in business and entrepreneurs. She is active with the Women’s Regional Business Council, E-Women Network, LifeMoxie, and several women’s empowerment initiatives.
