This image shows an apartment CITY & BEACH recently extensively refurbished/remodelled in the exclusive area of South Kensington, London.
New bathrooms were installed, new furniture was built and walls were stripped of wallpaper then painted. New carpets were laid and the large terracewas decked. Before and after valuations showed that we had increased the value of the property by over $800,000 (currency exchange from £sterling end May 2006) in the space of 5 weeks - an increase of more than 80% of the budget allocated to the project.
