As a non-profit, it is the goal of the organization to enable the creation of solutions for some of the most difficult socio-economic problems by applying easy to use Open Web technology. BrainJams is also a community of practice for people who are organizing other forms of open events, such as BarCamp, to share best practices, insights and resources. The knowledge needed to make the world a better place exists within the minds and experiences of the people on the planet. By connecting people with one another to discuss their personal and professional passions, we are merely taking the first step towards the Noble Pursuit.
