Jim Webber and Associates was Established in 1988. It is one of the premier window contractors in New York and we are continuing to grow with offices planned in Denver, Colorado and Wilmington, North Carolina. JWA has been assigned to retrofit the windows in many of the most prestigious buildings in the country. In New York, our completed projects include the new five star hotel, “The Bryant Park.”

We have also completed projects on the West Coast. In California, projects include Los Angeles' newly renovated “Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel,(Historic);” the tallest building on the San Francisco State campus, and in San Diego the "Municipal Building" on the the shore overlooking Coronado Island. These are just to name a few.

For our projects, JWA uses a variety of products from the United States as well as from Europe. The types of products that JWA uses are primarily constructed of aluminum, steel, or fiberglass. The products range from double hung, to casement, to sliding, to tilt and turn windows. JWA can provide custom details, concept drawings, and cost estimates at no charge. No job is too large or too small, and all jobs are treated with the same care and pride. At no time is undue pressure ever put on any potential client to use the services of JWA, or its products.

Our company has a full staff of sales associates to help with any project, as well has experienced architects on staff to help develop concepts. JWA has experienced project managers to provide expert management of the job while in progress. JWA provides full warranties for the products used and their installation.
