  MyPropertyForSale.co.uk was established in 2001 by Trevor Gillham who is resident in the UK. Wishing to sell his apartment he thought about creating a one page website that he could advertise the URL of in a national newspaper, he new the approximate value of the property as a previous apartment had recently sold. Being near to the sea Trevor thought that advertising in a national paper would appeal to weekend buyers, after advertising in the paper for a fee of £30 the website received many hits and as a result the property was sold for £10,000 more than the other apartment! 6 months later and the professional website was created allowing sellers in the UK to advertise their property privately, now the website is a market leader and today receives over 5k unique visitors a day. The website has fantastic navigation and is so clear and easy to use. |
