The core business of Acellus is providing wholesale virtual "Dialup Internet” services to other companies and organizations. Dialup Internet is presently the most economical and widely accessible method of Internet access. Due to its simplicity, efficiency, ease of provisioning, availably and low cost, dialup Internet will remain the most utilized and popular method of accessing the Internet for non-business use for many, many years to come.
Acellus provides virtual ISP services to companies and organizations who want to brand ISP serices under their oun names. The service can be distributed through the Internet, sold at retail or given away as a premium promotion on CDs.
Recent technological advances have increased the speed of dialup to near that of DSL in some applications with more advances on the way.
After more than five years of operation, Acellus has the capability to handle hundreds of thousands, and even millions, of new customers with very little increase in infrastructure and no increase in its backbone network. Through agreements with various carriers, Acellus has aggregated more than 42,000 access points that serve 90,000 cities across the US and 1,200 foreign cities, with local dialup access to the Internet. In fact, there are no other ISPs that can claim wider local dialup access to United States cities than Acellus.
Using the same strategy of carrier aggregation, Acellus is in the early stages of putting together a similar network of high speed, or DSL, access points throughout the United States. In addition, Acellus has the ability to provide VoIP service over a dialup Internet connection without the need of a computer, and is in the early stages of developing VoIP service on DSL similar to that offered by Vonage® and others.

Acellus offers Internet dialup customers two payment methods. The first is the typical month-to month service in which the customer pays in advance for unlimited Internet access and is automatically billed by credit card each month prior to the services being provided. The second is prepaid metered hourly service in which the customer selects a set amount of hours and pays just for those hours previous to using them. Acellus’s prepaid Internet product can be paid for online by credit card or, in the case of “point of sale activation” (POSA) in retail stores, by cash or check. Presently there are few ISPs providing prepaid hourly Internet access, and even fewer providing it via POSA. Prepaid Internet combined with POSA opens up a virtually untouched market consisting of budget conscious and credit challenged users.

New Services
Acellus provides a “Voice over Internet (VoIP) service that works over a standard dialup Internet connection.
Most if not all of the current VoIP providers require a customer to have a broadband connection such as DSL or Cable to provide VoIP service. Acellus is able to provide its customers with a VoIP service that enables anyone to make calls, with or without a computer, using a dialup connection, to any phone in the world.
Acellus also has a branded service called TurboSpeed. With TurboSpeed our customers can surf the Internet up to five times faster than regular dialup.
Acellus is also developing a strategy that will enable it to convert most of its dialup access customers to wireless access customers.

In summary, the products can utilize either dial-up or broadband (whatever is available) that includes Ethernet, cable, satellite, DSL, LAN, etc, wireless (hotspots). The small cellular like VoIP phones when combined with an end users laptop, provides effective toll-bypass when calling back home on a global basis!
The product line provides the ability to seamlessly bridge three distinct networks, the Public Switched Telephone Network, the Internet and the Cellular Networks. This means for the first time in telecommunications history that we can initiate a VoIP call from anywhere we are – we are no longer tied to our home or office. We can now use our cell phone, or any available phone to make a VoIP call.
Rounding out the product line is an elegant cordless VoIP phone and a Wi Fi phone that has the smallest foot print currently available in the world.
