ElderCare Physicians PA is a Kansas City metropolitan group of physicians and other health care providers dedicated solely to
caring for geriatric patients in
long term care facilities:both those facilities known as
skilled nursing facilities and
nursing homes. We do not have a traditional physician practice outside of the facilities in which we provide care. We strictly devote our clinical care to Elders who choose to live in the Long Term Care Facilities,
Assisted Living Centers, and in Residential
Senior Housing complexes in which we serve. When saying ‘Elders’ that is how we respectfully refer to our patients.
Hearts with Hands ElderCare Physicians, PA understand the myriad of physical, emotional, and social challenges geriatric patients face. We focus our practice on quality medical care of the mind, body, and spirit; meeting the entire needs of the person, not just the physical needs.
We use an Electronic Medical Record that is filled with evidence-based practice guidelines that ensure that our practice meets the most up-to-date standards of care as defined by the best practices.
