Don Dodds | President & Chief Executive Officer

Dodds oversees the evaluation, negotiation, acquisition, development, funding and sales of multi-million dollar real estate transactions both domestically and internationally. With expertise in Real Estate Acquisitions and Funding, Business Development and Information Technology, Dodds' experience enabled him to build 3 multi-million dollar businesses by clearly defining and executing business objectives and operational functions.

Abhijeet D. Golhar | Director of Funding & Acquisitions

Mr. Golhar is currently reviewing funding for more than 50MM with more than 300MM in the pipeline. Golhar attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and in his Junior year founded Michigan Executives; a campus organization dedicated to increasing the financial intelligence of students at Michigan. He successfully inspired colleagues to pay strong attention to their financial futures and later began to foster relationships as a financial and real estate mentor to others. Golhar holds a B.S.E. in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan.
