The numbers of women requesting breast enlargement grow daily but not all results are aesthetically pleasing. Dr Dirk Kremer, Germany's premier breast surgeon brings his 'split muscle technique' to London in an attempt to put an end to the unsightly 'stuck on look' accepted by a large group of women - including some very high profile celebrities.
