Urban Re:Vision volunteers will visit over 40 homes in San Francisco’s Bayview District to exchange incandescent bulbs with energy-efficient CFL bulbs. Local residents will also be given the opportunity to take part by bringing their old bulbs to the Urban Re:Vision staging area for disposal in exchange for new CFL bulbs.
