Total fee to design your company website $3,000
(Discounted $150 per hr. (30 hours)

•Build 20-30 animation flash intro that automatically opens to main homepage
no extra charge with music or no music.
•Install daily original content and industry headlines that load automatically
•Create basic website design with images, About your company, Bios, Meet your company Staff, products, services, partners, upcoming projects, success stories, testimonials, news releases, case studies, and any other appropriate collateral
•Consultation and recommendations for modifications or changes to content and images
•Set up account with Mindspring/Earthlink for hosting domain and register your company.com or whatever domain available (hosting & domain registration bill to client credit card)
•Install links to your companyindustry and other related websites and organizations
•Aggressive media communications campaign to branding •Create website on the internet
•Produce news release to alert business and legal media of new website and update with news.
•Research editorial calendar opportunities in collection, litigation and commercial property trends
•Alert other organizations and business partners (partners in industry) about site with media ties for future business opportunities
•Follow-up calls to ensure targeted media received alert or announcements and pitches
•Build credibility with media through placement of stories on Internet and link to new your company website
•Register website with 300+ search engines and directories (monthly)
•Produce a monthly activity report and or media report on media coverage and progress of site.
•Set up at least dozen emails or more for your company website for partners and your company executives such as your company; webmaster@domain; business@domain; media@domain; Info@ or whatever chosen. We maintain,
content can be changed or corrected the same moment or hour, depending upon schedule
Please note: Project fees are paid in advance. These are options and priorities to be decided upon by the client with MAYO Communications advice. The above work would be billed against allotted hours per project. Extra time would be approved in advance before extra work begins. Printing, Internet Protocol or IP service provider for the website will be paid by the client (billed to credit card) for web hosting (costs $19.95 per month (400 meg. of space 100 emails on site, 24/7 tech support, webs stats, etc) + domain registration www.yoursite.com is available for $40.00 for 2 years-you own it & search directories. Site is registered with 300+ search engines monthly.
It takes about a week to set up domain registration before actual website site becomes active. The site is owned by the client and owns the domain name selected for two years. Web hosting is automatically bill to your credit card. The IP provider also provides a backup of your site 24/7 and can reinstall anything erased, destroyed from its backup servers within 24 hours.
The site is also up nearly 100 percent of the time. Media will find you soon, news releases are post regularly (we help write them, too) and the site is
user friendly.
MAYO does not guarantee media placement, we just get it. Mayo also provides award winning photography and images.
