EventMingle is an event based online social networking application designed to allow attendees, exhibitors, speakers, analysts and editors to Meet, Interact, Plan and Engage prior to arriving to the actual event. Exhibitors can conduct pre-event marketing to get their message in front of the right participants. Attendees can meet other attendees who plan to attend the same sessions or use the same products to compare notes and interact.

EventMingle was designed Producers who truly want to create a unique experience for people attending their event. People arrive looking forward to meeting in person, people they have met online. Speakers have the chance to fine turn their session topics by interacting with attendees and editors before they actually speak. Editors can make appointments with Exhibitors for booth demos on new or updated products.

EventMingle is a full featured application that includes scheduling, internal email, message forums, press release database, exhibitor directory with exhibitor attendee scheduling, exhibitor product directory and other planning tools for making attending and exhibiting at trade shows and conferences more productive.

Partnering with Event Management, EventMingle makes money from advertising and premium services sold on the site and shares a portion of these revenues back with the Event Producer.
