Issues Management Products:
GCI knows that issues management is a real art and that in today's information driven society, our clients are often faced with too much information or hard to reach information and are then left with a lack of time to truly synthesize what is important and relevant over time. We've created a proprietary tool to track issues with time so that we can work together with our clients to understand what is or may emerge as an issue that can impact corporate reputation. Our approach allows you to take “aim” at what is most important and for that exact reason, we call it GCI’s Analysis and Intelligence Monitor or “AIM.”

At GCI we also recognize that every client always has a few ideas, competitive threats or issues that are truly top of mind. Our job is to thoroughly examine each through the eyes of the media, Wall Street, Congress and other key influencer groups so that our clients are always prepared for the expected and the unexpected. Our Marketplace Reflections are brief summaries of a single topic/issue that is of priority interest to our client. We analyze the communications environment and provide our insights on the topic, what it really may mean to the company and what competitors are doing related to it.
