Responsible for firmware development in new wireless telemetry products as well as technical specification, design, implementation, support and engineering verification of firmware.

Knowledge should include real time firmware development, device drivers and interrupt handlers, RTOS (multi-threaded, multi-tasking), object oriented design concepts, and familiarity with revision control systems for maintaining code. Must have proven leadership skills in areas of technical direction, team direction, and project management. Experience with metering products and low current consumption products is a plus. Candidate will interface directly with hardware designers, lab technicians, manufacturing, marketing personnel as well as fellow engineers. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, enthusiastic, self-motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
