Account Coordinator
Overview:
Our client is a leading content delivery network (CDN) for the Internet distribution of video, music, games and downloads is seeking an Account Coordinator to assist us in managing and growing our Emerging client segment. The successful Account Coordinator will use this position to learn about our business, products, industry, etc. in an effort take advantage of the many advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
*Handle the CDN expereince for our Emerging clients, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations are exceeded *Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between clients and various departments within the organization. *Manage the activation of new services for clients *Renewal and expansion of existing contracts *Understand the business requirements of clients *Identify opportunities for additional products and services within account base *Present new and enhanced products and services to clients where appropriate

Experience: Requirements:*Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business or Communications*Experience in a customer facing environment such as sales, account management or similar role is a plus*Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple client request simultaneously, and prioritize appropriately*Strong sales and project management skills*Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate efficiently within all levels of a client's organization, as well as internally*Process oriented and at least somewhat technically inclined*Must possess excellent people and relationship building skills*Must be able to work effectively within a team environment *Must maintain a high degree of integrity and ethical behavior in all business activities and decisions*Some travel may be required
