Provide service assurance support for Latin America customers in order to ensure continuous service operation according to set quality levels. Responsible for providing surveillance of the network; including but not limited to: attention, diagnosis and resolution of cases in the first and second level of the process of Service Assurance, 24 hours a day 365 days a year, with the purpose of reestablishing the operative continuity of the services, following the process to achieve the agreed levels of service.

Experience: - Knowledge of technologies: ATM, Frame Relay, IP, VPN/MPLS, Satellite technologies (DAMA, TDM/TDMA, SCPC). CCNA, CCDA or other Cisco certification highly recommended. - Experience working with customers and telecommunication systems problems diagnosis and solution. - Experience in coordinating with multiple internal and external parties. - Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1 to 3 years experience working in telecommunication services support.
