No, it’s not another reality show! It’s the 6th Annual Sunburst Convention of Celebrity Impersonators and Look A Likes being held at The Rosen Plaza Resort on International Drive in Orlando.

This September, the world's best professional celebrity impersonators will fly, drive and cruise into Orlando for the Sixth Annual Sunburst Convention of Professional Celebrity Impersonators. They are joined annually by dozens of talent agents, producers, meeting planners and talent buyers from all over the world including Las Vegas, Germany, Canada and Universal Studios Japan. These entertainers have been seen performing in Casinos, Nightclubs, on Cruise Ships, TV, in commercials and at Corporate Events all over the world. Their unique type of entertainment is embraced by the masses everywhere they perform.

This is the largest convention of its kind. Gregory & Jackie Thompson, producers of The Sixth Annual Sunburst Convention, say this will be the largest gathering of professional celebrity look a likes in the world. “They meet to network, get work, socialize, party, find out how to get more work in the professional celebrity impersonator world and have a general good time,” says Thompson.

The public is invited to attend two showcases at The Rosen Plaza Resort located at 9700 International Dr. Orlando, Florida 32819. The showcases will be Tuesday, September 16th and Wednesday September the 17th at 1:00 PM, featuring a three hour Star Studded (sort of) show.

Over 45 different professional entertainers will perform each day. Tickets are only $15 and can be purchased at the door. The impersonators will be available for photographs during intermission and after each day’s showcase.
