In a role specifically created for Hesse, she will continue to utilize her background in marketing and event planning to suit the needs of the ever-expanding Jim Chapman Communities.

As the Director of Lifestyles, Hesse is responsible for scheduling all activities at all five Jim Chapman Communities. Offering an active lifestyle for homeowners, Hesse plans all parties, special events and social activities at each community. She also works with the Home Owner Associations to ensure proper management. She manages the JCC Travel Club, which invites homeowners to partake in trips throughout the year. In 2008, The JCC Travel Club will embark on a total of six daytrips, three weekend/overnight trips and one week-long trip. Hesse also writes, designs and distributes The JCC Star Herald, a bi-monthly newsletter tailored specifically to their homeowners, and maintains the social activities page on the revamped Jim Chapman Communities Web site.

Working in sync with her role as Director of Lifestyles, Hesse is also Director of Marketing for Jim Chapman Communities. Using her previous experience as the Director of Marketing for an Atlanta commercial developer, Hesse brings a refreshed perspective to Jim Chapman Communities. In this role, she is responsible for purchasing and coordinating all media, updating the Web site, coordinating all sales and marketing collateral and planning events for the company. Immediately prior to joining Jim Chapman Communities, Hesse was a wedding and event planner in Amelia Island, Fla. She attended St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
