Capitalizing on a successful 20 year relationship between INTEGRA Biosciences and the founders of Viaflo, the Companies have decided to join their forces in the US Market. Beginning August 1st, Viaflo will begin all sales and marketing activities for the INTEGRA Biosciences product range for the US market. Further to entering into a Partnership in the US market INTEGRA Holding AG, Switzerland, the parent Company of INTEGRA Biosciences, will invest a not-to-be-disclosed amount into Viaflo. This investment is underlying the long term character of this agreement.
