PR.com)-- Busy parents of young children can now find the time to take the workshop “How to Get Your Kids to Eat Healthy Foods, without Tantrums!”. Now being offered as an afternoon teleseminar, parents can call into the one-hour workshop while their child is at school or taking a nap.
The free workshop includes steps to changing children’s eating habits, basic nutrition education, lessons on reading food labels and what ingredients to avoid. Participants will also learn time-saving tips for preparing foods and receive a mini cookbook of healthy family recipes.
Developed by Carole Freeman, Nutrition Coach, mom and Bastyr University student, this workshop is offered the second Monday of each month at 1 pm PST.
