JVB ARCHITECT, LLC

Tampa, FL, September 30, 2008 --(PR.com)-- JVB Architect, LLC (JVB) announces they have completed 3 “green” design projects complying with LEED certifications. LEED Certification is based on the USGBC for one of 3 tracks for building types. The JVB projects were all compliant with the LEED CI track for Commercial Interiors.

These projects were at the MetroPointe Business Park. Atlantis International received LEED CI Silver. Datagate was design LEED silver compliant but never finalized for certification. ENSR-AECOM has been designed as LEED CI GOLD and submitted for review and is expecting certification in October.

JVB has also implemented “Green Initiative” guidelines for a National Retail Liquor Store and a National Industrial Developer & Contractor.

JVB has been at the forefront of “green” design for the past few years with the second LEED CI project certified in the State of Florida, and the first LEED CI certified project in the Central & South Florida area. Joseph V. Belluccia, AIA, LEED AP recently past the USGBC exam for LEED Accredited Professionals.
