Miglin began his advertising and marketing career with U.S. West Marketing Resources (now known as Qwest) in 1988. He spent nearly 16 years with TMP Worldwide in their directional marketing and recruitment divisions, most recently in the role of Regional Vice President of Operations. Miglin also held senior client services and sales roles with a computer software company called AppVault.
