Mugasha Selected as SXSW Accelerator Finalist

Austin, TX, February 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Electronic music site, Mugasha.com has been selected as a finalist in the Online Music category for the SXSW Accelerator program during the SXSW Interactive Festival. CEO, Akshay Dodeja, will be presenting Mugasha during the Accelerator event on March 16th in Austin, Texas.

The SXSW Conference has three tracks: Music, Film, and Interactive. The Interactive Festival runs from March 13-17 and features talks, panel content, and parties. The event celebrates the best minds and the brightest personalities of emerging technology. Attendees include over 10,000 digital creatives, technology entrepreneurs, and digital content creators or all types.

SXSW Accelerator allows bleeding-edge companies to present their latest products and services to industry experts, early-adopters, bloggers, mainstream media reporters, and leaders of the venture capital community. Product categories consist of Online Music, Online Video, Social Networking Applications, and Innovative Web Technologies. Four finalists in each category will give a short presentation followed by a Q&A session judged by a panel of three industry experts including Guy Kawasaki of alltop.com and Garage Technology Ventures and technology journalist Brad King. A single winner will be named and awarded in each of the four categories.
