Each year, Business North Carolina mails ballots to every active member of the State Bar living in North Carolina, which includes 19,160 lawyers. The ballots ask, “Of the Tar Heel lawyers whose work you have observed, whom would you rate the best in their fields?” Voters selected Ramseur and he was subsequently inducted into the Legal Elite in the area of real estate. This year marks the third Legal Elite recognition for Ramseur.
