PR.com)-- Katje van Dijk, co-author with Xaviera Hollander (of Happy Hooker fame) has recently moved with her three teenagers from Amstelveen -- a southern town bordering Amsterdam in the Netherlands -- to a small town in the middle of California's San Joaquin Valley.
