PR.com)-- EMPIRE Fitness Boot Camps announces the launch of a women's only fitness boot camp held at the Sycamore Highlands Park (5777 Fair Isle Drive), on Monday's/Wednesday's and Friday's at 6am, 9:30am and 6:30pm.
Developed by award winning strength and conditioning coach David Pollitt these boot camps will be challenging and fun for women who want to get back into their "skinny jeans" forever. Each 45 minute session is just $12, and each month will include a before and after fitness assessment, nutrition template and unlimited Q&A feedback from David.
"I was tired of training clients in the gym and think that with the down-turn in the economy people needed to relieve stress and keep up with their fitness at a reasonable monthly cost", says owner David Pollitt. "One-on-one personal training in my mind is dead because it's more expensive for the client, less motivational than a group and not nearly as much fun as a boot camp full of other committed exercisers" says Pollitt.
