Sandy, UT, March 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Utah’s leading provider of real estate services, announced today that it is pioneering a new marketing platform that delivers property information—text descriptions, photos and video—instantly to a consumer’s cell phone or mobile device.

In addition to being an informational tool for consumers, the technology will be a lead generation mechanism for the company’s more than 1,100 real estate agents in Utah, providing the easiest, most complete mobile property sales tool for Realtors®. The Coldwell Banker Connect Phone platform was developed by Realovation, a pioneer in mobile communications.

Coldwell Banker Connect works like this: A consumer dials the toll-free number (available on the sign in front of the property), enters the property code, and chooses to receive text property descriptions, including up to 25 photos, virtual tours and access to YouTube videos (if available) of the property’s interior and exterior. Consumers can also hear a voice description of the property’s features or be transferred directly to the listing agent. The system can replace old-fashioned brochures or serve as an enhancement to them.
