Although not totally finished (the vendor claims $200,000 U.S. required to complete) it looks like Punta Gorda could have a marina by this summer. The Sale is being handled by Re/Max Belize Property Center, with listing broker Looey Tremblay and marketing by Ric Veenhof. Orange Point Marina was started as a development with a planned condominium complex and numerous lots available for purchase. The Property today has all the permits required to finish this development as well as a main house and guest house.
