PR.com)-- Brian Farmer, president of Advisory Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), has announced that Tara Kreider has joined the firm’s Advisory Services Division as a real estate advisor. In her new position, Kreider will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation services, as well as assisting clients in identifying lease and purchase opportunities for retail and office properties throughout the Triangle.
Kreider comes to TradeMark Properties having previously been a commercial real estate broker in Raleigh with 18 years of experience in marketing and new business development. She received her bachelor’s degree in political science and communications from the University of Pittsburgh in 1990. Kreider is affiliated with a number of professional organizations in the area, including the Triangle Association of Realtors (TCAR), N.C. Association of Realtors (NCAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and the North Carolina CCIM Chapter. Kreider lives in Raleigh with her husband, Chris.
