The exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner is held Thursday, May 28th at the new 5300 Chop House in Doral from 7-9:30 p.m. with limited seating. The two celebrity gourmands are teaming up one night only for Passing of the Toque…A Chef’s Collaboration, where they will showcase their culinary points-of-view on the art of food and wine pairing by creating a four-course meal, with seven dishes that are matched with SUNBOX eleven Winery’s limited production 2007 releases. Courses will be presented side-by-side to demonstrate the diversity of each chef’s background, as well as their distinct perspectives on the perfect match. The cost is $125 per person with tax and gratuity included.

Chef Josh talents propelled him to the top of reality TV on Hell’s Kitchen and continued to excel from experience with the Spice Market in New York City and Nobu in South Beach and Los Angeles. Chef Josh now runs 5300 Chop House as the Executive Chef. Chef Superdave, a legend in Miami for his beloved JADA Restaurant and now Miami’s only Chef Winemaker with Sunny Fraser for SUNBOX eleven, brings his classic European training in Michelin-starred restaurants and top chef background to the forefront.
