The exclusive Wine Pairing Dinner is held Thursday, May 28th at the new 5300 Chop House in Doral from 7-9:30 p.m. with limited seating. The two celebrity gourmands are teaming up one night only for Passing of the Toque…A Chef’s Collaboration, where they will showcase their culinary points-of-view on the art of food and wine pairing by creating a four-course meal, with seven dishes that are matched with SUNBOX eleven Winery’s limited production 2007 releases. Courses will be presented side-by-side to demonstrate the diversity of each chef’s background, as well as their distinct perspectives on the perfect match. The cost is $125 per person with tax and gratuity included.
