PR.com)-- Brian Farmer, president of Advisory Services at Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), has announced that Russ Wallace has joined the firm’s Advisory Services Division as a real estate advisor. In his new position, Wallace will be responsible for tenant and landlord representation services, as well as assisting clients in identifying lease and purchase opportunities for industrial properties throughout the Triangle.
Wallace brings nearly 30 years of experience in sales and marketing to TradeMark Properties, having worked as a home improvements contractor, mortgage loan originator and residential real estate broker before joining TradeMark in March 2009. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and bachelor of business administration in marketing from the University of Mississippi. Wallace is involved with the North Carolina Association of Realtors (NCAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). He has served as an ambassador for the Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer for Special Olympics North Carolina. A native of Jackson, Miss., Wallace currently resides in Holly Springs, N.C.
