ScienceScope is a member of the PE Consortium and has worked on a variety of projects that the PE Consortium has delivered over the past two years. The ScienceScope workshop will include staff and pupils from PE Consortium partner schools who will be demonstrating some basic investigations incorporating a range of measurement and sensing systems, with which you will be see how to record and analyse physical performance and look at ways in which this can be used to aid pupil performance development. The workshop will also involve some hands on experience with a range of equipment, including heart rate monitors, breathing rate monitors etc. along with a demonstration on how easily it can be incorporated into class teaching.
