Albany, NY, October 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Web Scribble Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of job board software, is announcing the release of the latest version of its webJobs software.

webJobs allows small businesses and individuals to start a fully automated and comprehensive job site, providing the newest features of major employment sites out there. The job board script features support for employers posting jobs, various billing types, resume uploads in virtually all formats for job seekers, and a powerful search engine for jobs. webJobs also features a Job Agent and Resume Agent which allow job seekers and employers to receive email notifications when a new job or resume is uploaded that matches their criteria.

New features in webJobs 3.1 include:

iPhone compatibility - When a user logs on to a webJobs site using an iPhone he will see a iPhone-compatible version of the site. The site and navigation have been tailored specifically for the iPhone screen size.

New theme system - Site owners can now make new looks for webJobs without overwriting any existing templates. New themes make it easy for site owners to try out a new look or change between existing looks. It also allows owners to share themes with others in the community.

New theme: Modern (available in: blue, brown, green, orange)
New theme: Minty (available in: blue, green, orange, red)

Ability to charge for featured jobs - The featured job on the front page can now be charged for. If site owners choose to use this feature, only those who pay for the featured job will be shown there. Instead of rotating between random employers, webJobs will rotate between those who have paid for the upgrade.

Backfill jobs from Indeed - Don’t ever worry about having an empty database ever again.

webJobs will feed in jobs from Indeed to fill in site search results wherever the site owners are lacking, making the job board look more complete.

Ability for job seekers to apply for a job without signing in.

Web Scribble Solutions, Inc. is actively working on improving its job board software, and will continue to announce features for its upcoming versions on the company blog.
