Darifair® creates a variety of dairy delights and has selected the Vicinity solution to tighten the gap in integrating sales orders, forecasts, scheduling, purchasing and production. Darifair Foods intends to simplify the recording of existing quality control results, enhance theoretical and actual cost analysis, and create a centralized schedule with integration to inventory, sales and purchasing. Vicinity replaces a series of manual and non-integrated manufacturing and quality systems to seamlessly link Darifair business, laboratory, and production processes.
By selecting Vicinity Manufacturing, Darifair will combine its entire manufacturing and business processes into one unified solution. Examples of key integration features in Vicinity include formula management, automated lot control, formula scheduling, Certificates of Analysis, country of origin disclosure, batch yields by formula, quality control tracking, and batch ticket tracking. Vicinity’s integration to Genesis® R&D software will enhance Darifair’s daily operations by providing a single, centralized, and in-depth formula management solution.
