The client’s business was in need of a 2nd location and had identified a new 50,000 square foot industrial building which was perfect for providing the extra space that their business needed to continue to grow. The SBA 504 loan program was a perfect fit for their situation. They were looking for a loan that allowed them to minimize their down payment in order to preserve working capital and still provide them with an extremely competitive fixed rate financing product.
