Sales at the event for the new luxury, mountain-lake community, located on Lake Lure in the Asheville, NC area, included six condos at prices ranging from $425,000 to $689,000 each. Homebuyers from New Jersey to Florida came to tour and purchase at FireFly Cove. The reservation launch event included Friday night dancing by the lake, as well as boat and helicopter tours of the Lake Lure area on Saturday. The event was organized and sold by Private Mountain Communities and catered by Larkin’s on the Lake.
