The achievement formally demonstrates that Concentrix uses robust quality management procedures and takes action to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of its products and services.

One of only a handful of companies in the UK business management software and IT sector have achieved ISO 9001: 2008, and accreditation can sometimes take years to accomplish. However Concentrix gained certification extremely quickly.
