Our online listings provide this in a way printed publications cannot.”

How did Black Twin Cities start? Says Whitmore, “One day, in a moment of weakness, I was craving soul food, and quickly learned that all of the restaurants I’d known of were closed. After three days of searching, I finally found a wonderful place, which I loved so much that I ate there twice in one week. Upon finishing my second meal, I asked myself ‘Why was this place so hard to find?’ That night, I created a website and Facebook page called Black Twin Cities. A few short weeks later, it had over 1200 fans, and many favorable comments. I knew I was not alone.”
