Holly Eburne’s husband was diagnosed 4 years ago with Frontotemporal dementia at age 57. Holly was a successful Sport Physical Therapist travelling the globe with Canadian National athletes but her life was about to change dramatically. For the first 2 years after her husband’s diagnosis, Eburne swung back and forth between fighting her reality and running away from the pain. She was either building her strong shell of "I can do this alone and don’t need anyone’s help" or keeping herself so busy that she didn’t have time to feel the pain of the major changes and losses in her life. Eventually Eburne hit rock bottom.

Coming through the lowest point in her life, Eburne is passionate about sharing and teaching other caregivers what has helped her and her family live a great quality of life despite the challenges of dementia. For more information about Holly Eburne, please visit http://www.hollyeburne.com.
