Institutional Banking Services, N.A. Corp Named Exclusive Lender for IHOP Franchisee Association
Fort Lauderdale, FL, September 08, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Fort Lauderdale-based Institutional Banking Services, N.A. Corp (IBS, N.A.) today announced an exclusive, multi-million dollar financing agreement with the Blue Roof Franchise Association (BRFA), a group representing the interests of International House of Pancakes (IHOP) franchisees. BRFA has an active membership of more than 200 of the nearly 350 IHOP franchisees, which in turn represents approximately 900 of the more than 1,500 IHOP restaurants.

BRFA Chairman Scott Womack sought a lender that could develop a program to assist IHOP franchisees in financing the five-year mandatory remodeling of their restaurants. IBS, N.A. tailored a program that overcame collateral and credit issues that commonly hamper traditionally financing.

“IBS was founded on providing corporate banking functions to the community - without the red tape. We believe this partnership is a big win for us and BRFA in executing our founding principles,” said IBS CEO Jason Jackson.
